Brushes . . .

GI Industries has developed highly effective brushes for cleaning deposits in tube, pipes conduit etc. Simply decide on light, medium or heavy deposits and the correct size brush. These brushes are aggressive and will not damage tubes.

Light Deposits

SB-100 Nylon Brushes are recommended for light deposits such as mud, algae and soft deposits in copper, brass, plastic, etc in straight non-ferrous tubes.

7/16”,1/2”,9/16”,5/8”,11/16”,3/4”, 13/16”, 7/8”, 15/16”or 1”( 11.1mm, 12.7mm, 14.3mm, 15.9mm, 7.5mm,19.1mm, 20.6mm, 22.2mm, 23.8mm, or 25.4mm)

Note: Please Specify Size when ordering. Remember: The brushes should be equal to or 1/16 (1.6mm) smaller than tube I.D.

Medium Deposits

SB-400 Cleaning/Polishing (320 grit)
This brush cleans and polishes tubes with medium deposits. It can clean light-scale material and polishes tubes in straight ferrous and non-ferrous tubes in one pass.

Note: Please Specify Size when ordering. Remember the brushes are designed to be oversized to provide a better cleaning and polishing.

SB-420	(Dia. 75) Spin-Grit brush for 1/2"- 9/16" (11.1 - 14.3mm) I.D.
SB-430	(Dia. 1.0) Spin- Grit brush for 5/8"- 11-16" 15.9 - 17.5mm) I.D.

Heavy Deposits

Flex Hone Brushes (120 grit)
Flex Hone Abrasive Brushes are for cleaning deposits in straight tubes. They are made of 120 grit silicon carbide abrasive stones (balls). These brushes are self-centering, flexible and are excellent for cleaning tubes with tough deposits.

Tube ID should correspond to brush size.
