The TCM-1000

If you need a heavy duty machine, put the TCM-1000 to work for you. It is made for industrial cleaning of
deposits in chillers, condensers, heat exchangers, boilers and other internal tubes. It features a sturdy powder- coated steel cabinet, 1hp. reversible motor, heavy-duty water solenoid, pneumatic foot pedals and high brush RPMs for powerful scrubbing of internal tubes.

The TCM-1000 also includes a 46” frame with 10” pneumatic tires, which will stand straight-up in a commercial van, 24’ GFI power cord, dual auxiliary outlets, and a removable base for confined areas.

How It Works:

Simply connect the flexible shaft to the machine, attach the cleaning brush, connect water hose to machine and plug the power cord in. Press the foot pedal to turn the machine on (brush will spin) and feed the flexible shaft in the tube sheet.
